No documents need to be uploaded online. Please bring the following documents physically on the day of your Entry Test. You may bring originals or attested photocopies — if bringing copies, each copy must be attested by a gazetted officer or local authority.

Student Passport-Size Photo (Recent)
Bring 2–3 recent passport-size photographs of the student.
Father / Guardian CNIC Copy
Original CNIC or attested photocopy (both sides). If copy: must be attested.
Last Result Card / Marksheet
Original result card or attested photocopy. If copy: must be attested.
Birth Certificate / B-Form
Original B-Form or Birth Certificate, or attested photocopy. If copy: must be attested.
Scholar Certificate / تصدیق نامہ
Original signed & stamped certificate from local scholar / Imam. This must be the original — no photocopy accepted.
Medical Report — Optional
If the student has any medical condition, bring the relevant medical report or doctor's certificate.
